"Waiting for the ending!" according to Catherine M. Cousino. I was really enjoying this novel, but I can't give it five stars until the author publishes an ending! I think the publisher did a very poor job of advertising this book as the first part of a two-parter. I felt cheated until a friend told me that there is supposed to be another book that will wrap up all the loose ends--my hope is that the second book will tell the story of The Lady and give the reader another POV on the various characters and events. But until then, all I can say is this was a promising beginning with the complexity and dream-like setting I've come to expect from Ms. Hodge!.
