Currently she lives in Colorado. She wrote the lyrics to the Welcome to Garden Street children's music CD. . Mills has eight books in print. Nancy Libbey Mills grew up in Stockton, California and went on to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Oregon State University
