Brian J. Fagan said One Star. Wrong Edition.. Jaime L. Moldovan said Great book!. This is a great book that explains all about cognitive behavioral therapy and even gives vignettes as examples!. Mansi Poddar, psychotherapist said great text. I need to study this as a part of a course on CBT. The text is information packed and very useful, but the writing style is quite hard to follow and rather boring. It takes me alot of will power to get through this text, but since its required reading, I manage. The only drawback is the writing style which makes concepts very hard to understand.
