Judah who always said NO Violeta Cortes Wittman it came right away, thanks. Alyssa A. Lappen said Just say No. This terrific little Chanukah story is a great pleaser for small children, particularly the twosies, who can relate to a hero who always says "No."Judah will not take a nap or play follow-the-leader. When a wicked Greek king conquers Jerusalem, Judah's refusals become more serious. He still says 'No'--to changing his Hebrew name, to playing in the gym, to praying to Greek gods. "The Jews," he tells the king, "pray to only One God."Now, Judah. The Perfect Bedtime Channukah Story rocklobster I grew up with this book and really cherish my signed copy. We even used it as the basis for a school play! I have Judah's lion shield downstairs!! Truly a wonderful, endearing story. Full disclosure: I went to shul with the author and she is an amazing human being and author. I think this book also makes a great addition to classroom libraries.
