This is a great book for learning the rules and for finding recipes that are simple, easy, satisfying and healthy. If you aren’t familiar with the DASH principles the book will give you a very useful crash course. If you already know the rules then you can go straight to the recipes. When I find a book like this, I like to master 1 or 2 recipes at a time. Then I can mix them into my program and have variety as well as fast meals . YUM! I always end up eating cereal for breakfast which, although sometimes high in fiber, often doesn't have much nutritional value. It's not that I haven't wanted to eat better, healthier foods.
