Simply the best! If you are allergic or sensitive to wheat AND Vegan. This is the book for you. The carrot cake is TO DIE FOR!!!!!. I FINALLY FOUND THE VEGAN BAKING BOOK I WAS LOOKING FOR!!! WHAT A RELIEF! I really appreciate the fact that I can offer my kids (and friends and family) treats that won't do their bodies harm. Thankfully, I stumbled across an ad for this cookbook on a vegan website and decided to click the link. Now I don't have to spend time experimenting on desserts anymore! My main reason for buying this book was because the author created recipes that are not only vegan but also healthy. There is absolutely no white flour or white sugar in any of them, not even wheat, nothing processed. You'd thinkhow could a recipe with ingredients like barley flour or. Great vegan dessert recipes Lisa G Love this book! Everything I have ever made is delicious and healthy. I have substituted different whole grain flour for the barley flour and subbed liquid sweeteners and still had success. I've had this book since it was published and it's still one of my main go to cookbooks for desserts, especially cookies. Highly recommend!
