No nursing library should be without these! Lisa Astalos Chism's THE DOCTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE: A GUIDEBOOK FOR ROLE DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ISSUES provides students with information on the DNP degree and related professional topics. From case scenarios and bulleted summaries to reflection questions at chapters' end, this is a fine textbook choice for any studying for the degree. No nursing library should be without these!. Very Good! T. Gibson I really appreciate the Author (s) perspective and information. I start this class in June and it was intriguing enough for me to take it on a trip and read it ahead of schedule. Very well rounded!. "Unexpectedly good" according to SD NP. Was a recommended book for my class. Another NP kept referring to Chism, so I decided to order it. Book brought some needed perspective into what could've been a dry and boring topic. If you are taking DNP courses, or are considering a doctorate, I suggest you read Chism
