A Worthwhile Read for the Enlightened Entrepreneur As other reviewers mentioned, the title to this book is misleading. It's more like "Crowdfunding and Enlightened Entrepreneurship." Or maybe "Here's a reminder why you are working so hard to align your purpose with your vocation, and how crowdfunding might play into your quest." If you are looking for a step-by-step guide to getting rich with crowdfunding, this isn't it.But let's talk about what it is: it is a passionately written defense of/call to enlightened entrepreneurship. It is a heartfelt critique of where American society is willfully cutting itself off at the knees. If you've put thought and work in. Austin seems to have gone through some good and not so good times in life which seem to a have profound impact on his take on entrepreneurship.
