Tony Huegel is my new backcountry biway spirit guide! Go to Mammoth and 395 often and this is a GEM--I might rate this the best guide book I've probably ever purchased. Only thing that could improve it, would be marking natural water sources along the biways, as everybody loves a cool, or hot dip in these areas and they are overflow-ith with them.Thorough and informative, I started to get nervous when I wanted to do backcountry drives that aren't in this book actually, but at the same time I feel more confident adventuring, as his information on how to properly backcountry drive .
