Good solid historical mystery I enjoyed this book. Billy is a flawed hero which makes him more interesting in my opinion. He lands in Algeria with the "first wave" of American invaders, but things don't go as planned. His girlfriend has been taken prisoner and he spends a good part of the book trying to rescue her. There's a smuggling ring and a couple of murders that require his attention along the way. Eventually, everything ends well but Billy and his compatriots are changed by their war experiences and must learn how to live with those changes.. "Once Again" according to Mike M.. Once again Lt.
